1. General provisions

This document is a public offer to provide access to the Hora Lagna online service. Payment constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

2. Definitions

• Service: the Hora Lagna online platform available at horalagna.ru.
• Provider: self-employed individual Igor Vladimirovich Tyurin, INN 522602023968.
• User: an individual who registers for and uses the Service.
• Subscription: paid access to Service features for a specified period.
• Plan: the features and access period described on the pricing page.

3. Subject

The Service provides tools for Vedic astrology, including charts, dashas, muhurta, compatibility and related calculations. A subscription grants access according to the selected plan.

4. Registration and account use

Users register with a name, email address and password and accept the personal data policy. Users must keep their credentials confidential and are responsible for actions performed through their accounts.

5. Payment

Payment is processed through YooKassa. The agreement is concluded when payment succeeds. Current prices are shown on the pricing page.

6. Renewal and termination

A subscription remains active for the paid period and does not renew automatically unless expressly stated during payment. The user may purchase another period. The Provider may terminate access as allowed by these terms and applicable law.

7. Delivery of the service

Access to the paid plan is enabled automatically after payment and remains available for the paid period.

8. Refunds

Refunds for the digital service are provided where required by applicable law. Requests must be sent to support@horalagna.ru with the account email, payment date and amount. Requests are reviewed within ten business days, and approved refunds use the original payment method.

9. Liability and limitations

The Service is provided as is. Astrological results are informational and are not medical, legal or financial advice. The Provider is not responsible for user decisions based on calculations or interruptions outside the Provider's reasonable control.

10. Account suspension

The Provider may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms or applicable law, or for attempted unauthorised access. Suspension may be temporary or permanent.

11. Claims and support

Claims should be sent to support@horalagna.ru with the account email, the substance of the claim and supporting documents where relevant. Claims are reviewed within ten business days.

12. Personal data

Personal data is processed under the personal data processing policy.

13. Receipt

The Provider issues and delivers a receipt in accordance with applicable Russian fiscal requirements.
