Personal data processing policy

2. Purposes of processing
Personal data is processed to create and maintain accounts, authenticate users, provide calculation features, process payments and receipts, verify email addresses, restore access, provide support and communicate material service changes.
3. Data processed
- the user's name and email address;
- astrological charts and calculation data that the user chooses to save in the service;
- session cookies, IP address and device information required for security and operation;
- public-page analytics data, collected only after separate consent.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the user's consent, provided during registration. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting support@horalagna.ru; withdrawal results in termination of service access where the processing is necessary to provide that access.
5. Storage and retention
Data is retained while the account is active and for one year after deletion unless applicable law requires otherwise. Users may request deletion of their account and related data.
6. User rights
- receive information about processing of their personal data;
- request correction, restriction or deletion of data;
- withdraw consent;
- contact the operator or the competent data-protection authority.
7. Security measures
The service uses HTTPS. Account data is stored on protected infrastructure, passwords are not stored in plain text, and access to personal data is limited to what is required to operate the service. Chart calculations run locally; charts are sent to the server only when a signed-in user saves or synchronises them.
8. Third parties
Personal data is not sold. It may be provided where required by law and to hosting or email providers as necessary to operate the service, to YooKassa for payment processing, and to Yandex Metrica only after consent.
9. Analytics
Yandex Metrica runs only after separate consent and only on public information pages. Session replay and click maps are disabled. Analytics does not run in the workspace, profile, administration or authentication sections. Chart data, email addresses and one-time tokens are not sent to Metrica.
